Navan's sales organization seeks a motivated Commercial Strategy Working Student to join our growing team. As a Commercial Strategy Working Student, you will support deal flow, drive successful sales stories, and help generate revenue for the company. This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role involves managing multiple workstreams within our sales organization while supporting our Account Executives in conveying Navan's value proposition.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the full sales cycle, supporting our Account Executives in accelerating deal flow
- Optimize current sales processes and enhance our go-to-market strategy
- Link Navan's value proposition to client success by deeply understanding the client's business
- Own key processes in the deal cycle, ensuring we meet our targets
- Understand and effectively communicate Navan's value proposition and solutions using value-based sales approaches
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Growth teams to drive additional revenue
What We’re Looking For:
- You have gained first experience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment (Startup, Consulting or VC)
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another business-related field with exceptional academic performance
- You bring project management skills and are confident in managing multiple work streams simultaneously
- You thrive in entrepreneurial settings, with a strong sense of ownership that includes continuous challenging the status quo
- You are curious and looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback
- You are fluent in German and English and bring proficiency in MS Office applications
