Your role
In this role, you will join the Head of Strategy and Pricing to jointly define our commercial strategy and pricing strategies in partnership with the larger commercial team and a range of other internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in both designing the strategy through analytics and realizing it through key processes and projects.
The Pricing and Commercial Strategy team is a newly established part of the commercial team. Together with the Head of Commercial Strategy and Pricing, you will develop a winning commercial strategy for the coming 5+ years, specifically focusing on the design and execution of a pricing strategy. Our primary goal is to support our company mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility.

Your focus will be flexible and develop as you, the team and the company needs evolve. Here’s a flavor of what you will be specifically working on:
Manage existing B2C price plan propositions (e.g. Gold Membership) in partnership with our business development, product, marketing, and customer support teams.
Design and roll out new B2C price plan propositions backed by your research and data
Manage our periodical pricing reviews
Periodic (monthly, quarterly) reviews of commercial performance in partnership with the Data Analytics and Insights team
Setup/evaluate our KPI structure to measure commercial success
Deep dives to understand specific trends and translate them into actions
Modeling 2030 market volumes across our 9 markets
Challenging the status quo, identifying growth opportunities, and alternate directions for the commercial strategy
Setup market research in our countries
Identifying key competitor trends and how our company should respond
Manage price sensitivity study in collaboration with academic partners
Setup customer research in collaboration with our customer researcher
Optimize processes within and across the departments
Support the broader commercial team by providing business analytics, including developing business cases for significant commercial deals
