Commercial Strategy Manager

  •  Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project on budget.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  •  Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  •  Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  •  Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
  •  Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing internal relationships and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Collect and share key information and help bridge collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Update internal databases and or associated knowledge libraries with respected project information.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all knowledge bases including but not limited to correct access levels for different departments and or employees.
  • Work closely with the Promotion Specialist and Commercial team to ensure promotions are effectively and suitably identified and implemented, while ensuring ROI is at expected levels.
  • Have a good understanding of the business and the business strategy to ensure revenues are being maximised.
  • Develop strategies and plans to ensure the commercial teams are upselling and cross selling effectively.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in economics or in Business Management is considered an asset
  • Good experience in the online gaming industry will be highly beneficial.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Customer and results oriented person

  • Good command of the English language
