About the role
As our newest Commercial Operations manager, you will be the key business partner to support the efficient and effective execution of the organisations strategy.
You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying insights, and providing operational support to ensure flawless coordination across various departments involved in bringing products or services to market in a commercial way.

What you'll be focussed on
- Lead forecasting and planning activities, in collaboration with sales leadership, to develop accurate sales forecasts, allocate resources optimally.
- Lead improvement and efficiency of marketing and sales teams and help drive effective sales objectives, strategies and programs.
- Analyse GTM-related data, including sales performance, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence, to derive actionable insights.
- Evaluate and optimize GTM (incl. sales and marketing) processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.  
- Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across GTM operations.
- Lead the tracking of sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Facilitates collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to drive alignment and optimise processes.

What we'd love you to bring:
· Experience in an equivalent role in a SaaS / Technology business.   
· Highly developed stakeholder management and credible influencing skills  
· Advanced, analytical problem-solving skills, strong data literacy and strong commercial acumen. 
· Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. 
·  Highly developed communication skills and ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations from data.  
·  Preference for experience/use of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL queries)
