Overview:
- You are a crucial member of Cleo’s commercial operations team and support the teams’ objectives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial operations.
- Collaborating with your team members, you manage strategic projects and day-to-day operations supporting our commercial strategy, including data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Objectives of the Role:
- Enhance the efficiency of commercial operations through process improvement.
- Support the commercial team with accurate, timely data analysis & reporting.
- Support and project manage new client implementations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage new client implementations.
- Produce sales data reporting to support identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement processes to streamline commercial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies.
- Update and maintain Cleo’s CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and present regular reports on relevant metrics.
- Assist in market research to support business development efforts.
- Support optimization of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
To be successful in this role you may have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with spreadsheet development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Transparency: For New York and California, the base salary range for this position is $67,500 - $75,000 annually, plus a variable compensation plan. Outside of those states, the base salary range is $60,750 - $67,500 annually, plus a variable compensation plan. In addition to a base salary and a variable compensation plan, Cleo offers the following benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 15 paid holidays, 5-day winter break, unlimited flexible vacation time, sick time, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, wellness perks, and more.
