Job Overview:

Capco is look for Commercial Operations Analyst to join our APAC Operations team, reporting to Commercial Operations Lead. Role will support internal executives and provide operational management of accounts on all commercial aspects to maximise business performance through the provision of management information.

The individual must have financial operations experience and strong analytical skills to manage sales opportunities pipeline, financial analysis and commercial reporting, pricing & billing advisory, client and margin reviews.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support activities that follow the sales cycle.
  • Preparing monthly revenue forecasts and submissions.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal tools, processes, guidance, initiatives, and projects.
  • Advise business on preparation of pricing and billing template.
  • Opportunity management of sales pipeline for accounts and geo.
  • Support with non-complex rate card creation.
  • Opportunity deal reviews in Sales app for low and medium level deals.
  • Review of client and provide project margin analysis.
  • Working alongside Resourcing team on the tracking and updates of billable and non-billable resources.
  • Support the implementation of global and regional operations initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years working experience in similar role or internal finance/accounting function.
  • Microsoft office applications, advanced excel skills preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details with good interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
