Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid-2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Motability Operations, Octopus Energy, Volvo Benelux, VW UK, Mercedes UK, Hyundai UK and other innovative brands.

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager who excels at project management and at developing commercial relationships. This role involves managing multiple projects and workstreams to support one of Ohme’s largest partnerships: Motability, which has over 800,000 customers and is working to transition their entire fleet into electric vehicles.

Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Keep projects on track: act as the project manager for large cross-organisational initiatives. Ensure all stakeholders are informed, maintain a risk register, and keep things moving forward.
  • Dig deep: analyse the performance of existing projects and develop strategics/tactics to improve outcomes.
  • Report on performance: manage the reporting, insight and analysis of our partner account where required.
  • Event management: coordinate our participation in, and attend where possible, over 16 events occurring across the UK annually.
  • Requirement gathering & project prioritisation: work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and help to set priorities for projects that involve product/features builds and marketing content development.
  • Stakeholder engagement: work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Relationship management: support our key account by understanding their main pain points and work to develop solutions to address them.

Who you are:

  • Have experience in account management / project management, or in a consulting environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders
  • Someone with a strong commercial mindset
  • Have a drive to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment and across a range of projects
  • Comfortable working autonomously and with colleagues in a small, high-functioning team
