POSITION OVERVIEW

The Commercial Management Senior Associate will support the APAC Business Operations efforts at Vantage Data Centers. Reporting to the Senior Director of the team, the primary role of this position is to work collaboratively within the team and with other departments in executing day-to-day activities to enhance the efficiency of the inner workings of the company. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with fellow employees in a professional manner, attention to detail, financial acumen, the ability to work under pressure, a desire to learn and grow in the Commercial Management field, and bring a creative and enthusiastic mindset to the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Liaise with Finance and FP&A to keep up-to-date on financial analysis for pricing
• Produce sample pricing schedules for prospective tenants and evaluate profitability of renewals
• Maintain and secure files for each prospective tenant relating to contracts and work/service orders
• Assist in work order management ensuring accurate billing for the work order delivered
• Prepare reports for the leadership team highlighting sales and leasing/occupancy activity
• Support the management of partnership accounts with resellers
• Support the administration of the company’s sales incentive plan
• Manage and monitor lease contracts
• Other duties as assigned, from time to time as the role evolves. The Commercial Management Senior Associate should be flexible to take on projects and tasks outside the scope of the job description.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales Operations, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, management consulting or a related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and coordination skills
• Working knowledge data center industry and technical real estate landscape preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficiency in SalesForce, Yardi or ServiceNow would be advantageous
