The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores present on the Wolt-app. We deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across multiple countries can order their groceries via Wolt Market on the Wolt application and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed. With Wolt Market, our focus is to find the right products by being customer-oriented, offering the fastest delivery available and being the company that changes the future of grocery shopping.

We are transforming how we manage vendor payments and accounting for Wolt Market. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven individual with commercial & finance understanding to own vendor payments end-to-end. This is an exciting opportunity to join in a newly established role within Wolt Market and drive impact and change within the local team.
The role covers both Norway and Sweden, and involves collaboration with teams and suppliers in both countries. You will be a key resource to ensure smooth processes in invoicing and supplier payment, while building strong relationships with suppliers across both markets. You can also expect to have a wide range of touchpoints within the team. You’ll be working with Supply Chain (Inventory Management & Store Operations), Central Finance & Accounts Payable team for accurate and timely vendor payments(accounts payable) and inventory receivable, local compliance, and reporting while assisting the vendors with invoicing-related inquiries, such as payment follow-ups.
Wolt Market works directly with several vendors who are key partners to make Wolt Market a delightful experience for customers. In this role you’ll ensure to maintain a great relationship with our vendors from a commercial and financial perspective.
