We are Ninjas in Pyjamas, probably the world's most legendary esports team.
Born in 2000 with Counter-Strike in our blood, we have pioneered the esports scene since its inception. We earned our stripes by competing at the very top level across almost a dozen game titles and we never lose — we only win or learn.
Our vision is to bring gaming culture to a world without boundaries.
The role as Commercial Director:
Responsibilities:
Leadership
Build and grow a high performing Commercial Team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
Be an advocate and driver of NIP culture and positively influence the team and beyond
Report across the management team on current development and overall status of the partnership portfolio.
Revenue and partnership management
Outline and manage targets for the Commercial Team.
Oversee and direct the Commercial Team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
Implement means of measuring customer satisfaction to increase retention and revenue.
Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
Monitor and understand our partners' current and future strategic priorities.
Identify and at times drive new sales opportunities.
Business development
Continuously identify where improvements can be made and develop commercial strategies accordingly.
Build bridges internally across departments, making sure NIP always develops its processes and further enhances collaboration.
Help facilitate the creation of groundbreaking partnerships that seek to elevate the fan and gaming experience across the whole organization.
