We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Development Manager who will play a key role in supporting our company's growth through the expansion of customer accounts, segments, and territories. As a vital member of our commercial development team, you will work closely with the Commercial Development Manager to assess market potential, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Commercial Leadership to conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target territories, segments, and accounts for expansion.
Support the development and maintenance of an actionable game-board of target accounts, working closely with cross-business and functional counterparts.
Assist in direct execution of strategies to penetrate new accounts and territories, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Utilize social selling techniques to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and generate leads.
Conduct customer outreach and effectively communicate our value proposition to drive interest and engagement.
Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that align with customer needs and preferences.
Conduct and support negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to successfully onboard new customers.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of account expansion efforts and provide insights for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize expansion strategies.
Provide regular reporting and updates to the Commercial Development Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities related to account and territory expansion.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field .
Demonstrated experience in supporting customer account and territory expansion, with a focus on revenue growth.
Familiarity with prospecting, social selling, and customer outreach techniques.
Proficiency in using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and account research is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and support relationship-building efforts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret key performance metrics.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
