The Role:

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and support data-driven decision-making. You'll conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions, provide actionable insights, and collaborate closely with the Commercial team to set targets, forecast performance, and execute strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support the commercial team in setting targets, forecasting, and evaluating performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within commercial operations.
  • Collaboration with Commercial team to develop and execute strategic projects to help drive sales execution.
  • Developing and distributing sales analytics and reporting to assist sales and leadership team tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Responsible for achieving the KPIs set by the commercial operations and supports the commercial team
  • Collaborates with the Commercial department to apply clustering policies based on sales and store capacity
  • Conducts sales analysis and stock evaluations aligned with store capacity parameters
  • Monitors KPIs to track and evaluate the effectiveness of demand planning strategies 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
  • Proficient in numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI (DAX, SQL)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a willingness to learn new software applications 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess with a penchant for problem-solving
