Colleague Workplace Experience Transformation Analyst

The Colleague Experience Portfolio team within TS&S are responsible for ensuring that Informa colleagues enjoy a great technology experience.

It seeks to achieve this by managing and co-ordinating technology change in a holistic way to ensure that the overall outcome is both positive for Informa and enjoyable to use.

It exploits the use of colleague journeys to fully understand the impact that technology is having on Informa people. Seeing the wider overall view enables the team to see and promote opportunities for beneficial change.

Through interaction and engagement from a wide range of stakeholders including technical teams, architects, service management, HR and Real Estate the team creates integrated improvement roadmaps, schedules and delivery plans.

The team also continually seeks improvements in operational delivery, technology catalogues and standards and in engagement with the Informa business.

The role of the Colleague Workplace Experience Transformation Analyst is central to delivering the key Team outcome of a better colleague experience.

You will be responsible for supporting the transformation of how we understand and respond to colleague experience and how technology and workplace changes can impact colleagues.

You will be involved in understanding our colleague make up and distribution, creating methods of eliciting views, perceptions and feelings in a way that can be analysed and actions generated and feeding these actions into changed processes for engagement, communication, training, technology and workplace design and more.

Key Activities 

Understanding Colleague Qualitative Feedback

  • Devise methods for segmenting Informa colleagues
  • Create personas relevant to workplace experience
  • Create methods for eliciting meaningful views and opinions via multiple methods
  • Devising, planning and carrying out workshops, interviews, polls etc

Utilising Colleague Quantitative Feedback

  • Understand and analyse existing relevant system metrics relating to communications, training and adoption
  • Devise methods for combining with qualitative feedback

Analysis and Review

  • Create methods for extracting feedback to be analysed, grouped and themed
  • Understand how technology and workplace teams engage with colleagues – an as is state
  • Perform analysis of the feedback to propose beneficial changes to existing processes

Action and Implementation

  • Create plans for implementing the proposed changes
  • Devise measurement techniques to demonstrate improvements
