Role Overview

We are looking for a Co-Founder to join Datacue as a core leader, focusing on business growth, partnerships, and revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience in marketing, BI, or commercial functions within top retailers or FMCGs in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with a strong network and a proven track record of building relationships that drive revenue and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnerships & Sales: Build and expand relationships with FMCGs & retailers to establish Datacue as a go-to retail AI solution.
• Business Development: Drive revenue generation, securing deals with CPG companies, large retailers and other stakeholders.
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Co-develop and execute Datacue’s GTM strategy to drive adoption and market penetration.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to execute Datacue’s vision and strategy.
• Leadership & Vision: Work alongside the CEO to shape Datacue’s vision, culture, and strategy while driving execution.

Who You Are

• Experience: 8+ years in marketing, BI, sales, or commercial roles in retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Network: Strong connections within retailers, FMCGs, and data analytics ecosystems in Saudi Arabia.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute high-impact business strategies.
• Revenue-Driven: A commercial mindset with a focus on monetizing retail AI and scaling partnerships.
• Team Management: Proven experience in building and leading teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent ability to articulate vision, engage stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
