We are assisting a 3rd party company in the research of a dynamic and proactive Coworking Space Administrative Assistant to oversee the operations of a Blockchain Hub and Bitcoin Meetup space in Lugano. This role is pivotal in creating an environment that supports blockchain technology ideas and start-ups, fostering a collaborative community of 300+ blockchain experts and enthusiasts.


This role includes tasks related to maintaining a positive and functional working environment for all members. Key responsibilities may include:

- Greeting and assisting members and guests.

- Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

- Handling check-ins and orientations for new members.

- Assisting with membership inquiries and sign-ups.

- Managing coworking space access cards or key distribution.

- Providing tours to potential new members.

- Distributing relevant information, updates, and announcements.

- Addressing and resolving minor facility issues (e.g., light bulb replacements, furniture adjustments).

- Coordinating with maintenance or service providers for larger issues.

- Ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the coworking space.

This role requires a combination of customer service, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to facility management. It plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and functional environment for individuals working within the coworking space.
