Roadmap Management: You will monitor the technical roadmap and collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to prioritize initiatives effectively.

Technology Implementation: You will oversee the implementation of new technologies support with testing, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced operational efficiency.

Tool Ownership: Besides Salesforce and Backoffice, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Strategy. You play a vital role in contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. In a similar operational role within the gaming industry, specifically on Salesforce and BackOffice optimization.

Project Management. Have strong project management skills

Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions. Understanding customer operations methodologies and end users' needs is essential to succeed.

Excellent Written and Communication Skills. To succeed in this role, you would require excellent Written and Communication skills.
