What you will be doing:
The Co-op/MDF Specialist, Bilingual/Claims Audit Specialist offers multiple levels of support to the Co-op/MDF line of business. Utilizing 360 Platforms, phone, and email tools, the Co-op/MDF Promotions team manages thousands of claims and interactions which must be delivered at the highest level of quality and customer service in the clients preferred language.

Be an expert on Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs

Apply policies and procedures in a detailed, accurate, and consistent manner

Scan and upload Pre-Approval and claim documentation, when necessary

Enter claims into one of 360’s Platforms

Review and process Pre-Approvals

Review and process co-op advertising claims

Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures

Be proactive in problem solving

Review different types of advertising for compliancy

Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner, when necessary

Maintain and exceed individual KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality

Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy
