- Work with Operations and Marketing teams in the planning stages of promotional campaigns to ensure best practices are used onsite to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
- Create and build content templates to simplify and assist with regular tasks.
- Perform QA of new site features, ensuring all are operational on various devices and platforms.
- Support Marketing, CRM, Product, and Social teams with delivering onsite content plans.
- Conduct website integration testing.
- Work with the Marketing team to create and maintain landing pages.
- Collaborate with the Development team, taking guidance and providing feedback on new features.
- Make recommendations to improve how the player interacts with the site.
- Review site analytics and statistics, identifying areas for improvement.
