Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a CMO Supply Chain Planning Senior Officer for the Supply Chain /CMOs department at our Marousi premises.

As a CMO Supply Chain Planning Senior Officer the ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting internal/external customers’ demand at the Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) network by achieving excellence in Supply, Compliance, Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction in partnership with the respective functional teams.

Requirements

What you will do:

• Be responsible for CMO capacity scheduling
• Participate actively in Production Planning and managing day to day operations in the CMOs assigned
• Drive inventory management
• Track CMO performance utilizing KPIs for monitoring efficiency and productivity
• Facilitate Supply, Technical, Quality issues in response to unexpected events on a daily and ad hoc basis
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders (CMO Supply related issues)
• Provide necessary reporting

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor/Master in (Life Sciences, Engineering), additional competences in Supply Chain, Business Administration should be considered a plus
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in CMO Management and/or Planning in the Pharmaceutical Industry – working towards KPIs

Job-Specific Skills:

• Ability to develop effective working processes and relationships with internal/external partners and cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication in English language (writing and speaking)
• Proficient SAP user. APO experience is considered a plus
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
