Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a CMO Purchasing Exports Logistics Warehouse Officer for the Supply Chain /CMOs department at our Marousi premises.

As a CMO Purchasing Exports Logistics Warehouse Officer the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing continuous and accurate visibility to purchasing activities and supplier capabilities to meet desired inventory needs. He/ She will coordinate transportation and logistics activities for domestic and international movements of API, materials and finished goods between manufacturing sites and warehouses.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Provide tactical purchasing excipients, primary, secondary, tertiary packaging materials
  • Provide tactical purchasing of customary and ordinary consumables
  • Provide tactical purchasing of services
  • Ensure compliance with industry protocols
  • Be responsible for collection and shipments of finished product, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials
  • Be responsible for shipments of samples, customary and ordinary consumables
  • Support actively in storage of materials in – house premises and 3PLs
  • Ensure destruction of stocks

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor/Master in Life Sciences or Engineering (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related pharmaceutical science)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Exports, Warehouse department in regulated industry (pharmaceutical or consumer products)

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience with cGMP’s and Quality Systems
  • Experience in developing effective working processes and relationships with internal/external partners and cross-functional project teams
  • Excellent communication in English language (writing and speaking)
  • Proficient SAP user - APO experience is considered a plus
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
