Senior Manager II, Ad Sales
Key job responsibilities
• As an Advertising Account Executive team leader, you will manage team that drive advertising revenue and customer success for top CN-based sellers that sell and advertise their products on Coupang global websites.
• You will be responsible for the team target and own the advertising customer experience.
• You manage team day to day activities will include direct customer outreach, sales, education, and objection and escalation handling
• You can expect to work closely with the marketing and product teams on advertiser communication plans related to new feature launches and program changes.
• This is a critical role and your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements.Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years professional selling or digital advertising experience team management experience.
• Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
• Relationship sales and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving passion and customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep
• Strong written and verbal communications in Chinese and English languagePreferred Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other field
• E-commerce background, preferably with experience in e-commerce advertising
• Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including SalesForce and Excel
• Success managing large account portfolios
• Track record of successfully scaling advertising business campaigns
• Deep performance ADs and PPC/DSP experience
• Korean language proficiency
