Navarino Dunes is looking for a Club Team Leader. The selected candidate will The selected candidate will assist residence owners before and during their stay by providing comprehensive concierge and operational services. This includes making entertainment and dining reservations, arranging transportation, and offering guidance both within and outside the hotel. Additionally, the candidate will deliver Club membership agreements and explain the associated benefits based on membership tiers. This includes access to 24-hour support from the highly trained team at Navarino Dunes, as well as priority booking and discounts at the resort’s exceptional range of facilities and activities. The role requires ensuring that owners' needs are met efficiently, consistently delivering outstanding service in a professional environment
Responsibilities
- Facilitate concierge service bookings as requested by owners.
- Provide owners with information about local attractions, business locations, and upcoming events.
- Welcome owners upon arrival and guide them to their villa.
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the villa during arrival and departure.
- Familiarize yourself with each owner's name and specific requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
- Actively promote the hotel’s offerings and amenities.
- Know the names, roles, and locations of the Management Team.
- Stay informed about daily functions, events, VIP guests, and group arrivals at the hotel.
- Maintain awareness of the hotel’s current occupancy status.
- Be well-acquainted with all villa layouts and plans.
- Manage communication and documentation of guest complaints; resolve issues at the first level and escalate to a supervisor if necessary.
- Monitor daily villa occupancy using the OVOS Opera system.
- Remain informed about all charges and contract terms.
- Undertake any additional duties as required.
- Ensure constant communication with other departments regarding changes or discrepancies.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the villa’s overall operations.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with team members, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Outlets, and Maintenance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with owners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on Front Office or Concierge roles.
- A college degree is required; additional training in hospitality is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the Opera/Ovos system and familiarity with Internet and MS Office applications is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Fluency in the Greek language is required.
- Ability to communicate in an additional language is a plus.
- Proactive in anticipating needs and understanding the typical requirements of the residence.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
- Familiarity with the philosophy of Costa Navarino is essential.
