Cloud Tech Trainer

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 8,000 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Cloud Tech Trainer to join our team.

Overview of the Role:

As our leading technical expert in Cloud technologies you will be well versed in big data and Cloud solutions applicable to the SMB and Enterprise customer segments. 

Our client is one of the leading Cloud solutions providers in the market and you will be responsible for providing our Sales and Tech teams across multiple sites with the right amount of technical knowledge to have solid business conversations with developer audiences as well as C-level IT and business leaders.

By staying abreast of all latest technological advances you will be expected to keep up to date with changes in the market and product offerings from our client and its competitors. Knowledge of industry changes will then be imparted to the sales team and its managers to equip them with the vital information to allow for the right solution to be offered to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with knowledge managers of the Sales and Tech teams to run periodic need assessments.
  • Align with knowledge managers of the Sales and Tech teams to plan, develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and in conjunction with new product launches, features etc.
  • Ensure product training is clearly defined, documented and delivered for each role within the organization on a quarterly basis.
  • Implement product training best practices which lead to improved sales performance.
  • Track and measure training results with adjustment made where necessary to plug any knowledge gaps identified through the quality audit processes.
  • Cross functional team working – ability to connect and work with multiple teams across different geographical locations and build strong relationships with our client and Operational teams to optimize impact.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and launch real Cloud showcase projects for training and development purposes.
  • Assist in the process of gathering, processing, analyzing data for reporting of the training KPIs on customized dashboards. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience working across technology and cloud computing sales or services
  • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics or similar.
  • Training creation and delivery experience.
  • Cloud services development and deployment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Big Data landscape and Business Intelligence technologies.
  • Knowledge of how various cloud technologies (Saas, PaaS and IaaS) work together to drive technology adoption within the existing large account base.
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Cloud Engineer, Azure Fundamentals and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications.
