What will you be doing?
We are looking for a diligent and committed person to join us in the role of Cloud Product Manager. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a new cloud product line, strategically designed to complement Navarino’s existing portfolio. The Cloud Product Manager will define the product vision, set detailed design and specifications, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud-based solutions tailored to the maritime industry. Also, you will ensure the seamless integration of these solutions with Navarino's onboard systems and existing services, delivering a turnkey experience for customers.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to execute the product strategy. By leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies, the Cloud Product Manager will drive the transformation of maritime services into a modern, scalable, and customer-centric offering.
In this role you will:
- Define the vision and roadmap for Navarino’s cloud product line, aligned with the company’s overall strategy and customer needs
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings
- Identify opportunities to integrate cloud-based solutions into the maritime industry, creating unique selling points for Navarino
- Develop detailed product specifications for secure and scalable cloud solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with onboard infrastructure, offering hybrid or fully cloud-based options as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with external vendors and cloud service providers to build turnkey solutions
- Oversee the implementation and testing of the product, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Track KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering or Computer Science
- MBA or related Master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, in cloud technologies, SaaS, or related industries.
- Very strong understanding and knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and hybrid cloud models.
- Strong ability to collaborate with domain experts to understand industry-specific requirements.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Well organized and high attention to detail
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
- Great to have:
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management.
- Experience working in industries with high security and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
