We are looking for a Cloud Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

The Cloud Partner Success Manager will bring their experience in both the cybersecurity industry and software sales to drive growth in Cloud revenue. By working with dedicated partners, this position will be increasing the adoption of new services, and creating and retaining a best-in-class partner experience which is the key differentiator of Acronis.

  • Make a territory analysis and plan for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement
  • Enable new partners' growth with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs
  • Drive successful upsell \ cross-sell initiatives so partner
  • Make partners sell Acronis services to an existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner, and help to retain existing customers to partner
  • Train new partners with existing and new products
  •  Develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side
  • Support new partners on a daily basis on business and technology development
  • Engage Acronis Solution Engineers and Technical support teams
  • Key KPIs: Incremental revenue from the managed list of partners, incremental growth in the consumed revenue, and incremental growth of security-related revenue.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)  

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor)
  • Cybersecurity experience 
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • Native/fluent English (additional French would be an advantage)
