- 1+ year experience in a support role, providing L2 and L3 support.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management.
- Familiar in Linux/Unix Operating system around shell/bash scripting.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic Kubernetes pod issues.
- Strong understanding of cloud applications, concepts, and the storage, compute, and networking components.
- Readiness to work in 24x7 rotational shift model
- Scripting in Shell,Python for automating BAU tasks.
- Proactive and self-motivated, committed to achieving deadlines, meeting SLAs, and producing results.

Ability to be a good listener, and to understand issues. Ability to provide innovative workarounds or design a solution to fix problems.
Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Grafana/ Prometheus/DataDog dashboards.
- Comfortable with basic DevOps concepts like CI/CD, and Infra-automation.
- DevOps mindset to automate and ready to integrate daily tasks with integration of open source tools.
