Position

As a Product Manager for Cloud Security at Forescout, you will be a key player driving the success of our cloud security product platform. You will be responsible for cloud and API integrations with third party vendors to build a robust and connected platform, amplifying the power of Forescout across the overall cybersecurity ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of these API/integrations to offer extensible solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will be a key point in product execution, coordinating with inbound (R&D, Support, Operations) and outbound (Customers, Marketing, Sales, SEs,) functions to deliver and maximize customer value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. API/Integration: Define and elaborate integration requirements between third party APIs and the Forescout platform.
  2. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in network security to identify integration opportunities. Use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
  3. Product Roadmap: Manage the API/integrations roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, industry standards, and technology advancements.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product development, launch, and support.
  5. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with partners, customers and internal stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for development teams.
  6. Product Development: Lead the product development process, including feature definition, design, and testing, to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards, employing Agile development methodologies.
  7. Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  8. Product Performance: Monitor the performance of cloud security products in the market, tracking key metrics and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  9. Certifications, Compliance and Security: Ensure that cloud security products comply with relevant cloud certifications and security best practices.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Product Management role in cloud cybersecurity, focused on Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security technologies and industry trends.
  • Understanding of API-related concepts (JSON, REST, GRPC, GraphQL)
  • Strong analytical and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM, product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
  • Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Vulnerability, Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM, XDR, Security Operations.
  • Cloud experience: GCP, Azure, AWS, FedRAMP, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
