How you will create impact  

As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Lead you will design and implement scalable and repeatable cloud infrastructure strategy for Generative AI initiatives. Collaborating across Security, Engineering, Application and Data teams among others, you'll ensure AI workloads are secure, excel, and are reliable. Your will enable seamless AI model deployments, optimize cloud performance, and drive cost-effective solutions, positioning the company at the forefront of AI innovation. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Designing and implementing a scalable infrastructure strategy for GenAI needs, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Developing architecture patterns for AI workloads in collaboration with Enterprise, Security, and Cloud Architecture teams.
• Setting up and maintaining AI models and sandbox environments for development, exploration, and assessment.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing cloud workloads for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborating with FinOps and Operations teams to ensure transparent cloud cost management and support dedicated GenAI infrastructure needs.
• Partnering with GenAI delivery teams to provide timely and fit-for-purpose cloud infrastructure and platforms throughout exploration, build, and rollout phases. 

What is needed to be successful 

• You have significant experience in infrastructure management and cloud technologies, particularly with AWS and related tools.
• You possess a strong understanding of security requirements for cloud implementations, including expertise in policy-as-code solutions like Prisma.
• You have experience with AWS Bedrock and associated large language models (LLMs) OR are proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and have knowledge of platforms like Ansible.
• You have a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and have led teams through Agile and DevSecOps processes in AWS and Python environments.
• You are proficient with Microsoft platforms like GitHub and have knowledge of tools such as CoPilot and Amazon Q.
• You excel in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system monitoring, ensuring applications run smoothly in production environments.
• You are passionate about innovation and (Gen)AI products

It would be nice if... 

• You hold certifications in AWS, FinOps, Azure, or have GenAI certifications on platforms like Bedrock or CoPilot.
