About the Role

As a C4B Solution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations. Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in core banking and lending areas. 

Responsibilities

•Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio to meet customer needs

•Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations. 

•Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists. 

•Assists in the design, implementation, and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively. 

•Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives. 
• Deep expertise in Retail or Core Banking/ Transactional Banking 
• Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks in the LATAM region. 
• Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills. 
• Business fluent in English
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
