About the Role

The primary objective of the C4B Sales Lead is act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with North America customers in the banking industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line. Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value with our portfolio. Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels. Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B Software Sales experience providing solutions to banks in helping them achieve their strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Several years of selling responsibility with a balance between product & service offerings in SaaS.
  • Extensive network with C-suites within Banks in the LATAM Region.
  • Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience.
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Acumen paired with Solution Selling skills.
  • Ability to articulate ROI.
