The Role
Application Management Services (AMS) are provided to our Commercial customers after they have started using Veeva applications. Our purpose is to be our customers’ trusted partners and ensure that they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer.
As a Veeva CRM Cloud Consultant you will join our dynamic team where collaboration and strong bonds are at the heart of what we do! You will provide application consulting services to the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, and become a trusted advisor to our customers. You will focus primarily on the Veeva CRM application, but will potentially develop expertise across other Commercial products. You will identify customer requirements, perform configuration changes to the system, activate new product features and act as an advisor to our customer.
Veeva Vault CRM is an enterprise customer relationship management application for biopharma, consumer health, and animal health companies. It connects sales, marketing, medical, and service teams with a single customer database, putting the customer in focus. Vault CRM enables key capabilities such as customer profiling, content sharing and management, territory and account planning, sampling, and recording field engagement.
This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Qualified candidates must be legally authorised to be employed in Europe. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position. Although this is a remote position, working off-site with accounts within the EMEA region, regular travel to our Budapest hub will be necessary.
What You'll Do
- Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and Industry application management best practices
- Understand the customer business processes
- Translate business requirements into application functionality design
- Perform configuration changes in the system
- Activate new product features
- Troubleshooting system configuration issues
- Data import and extraction
- Preparing files for data loading
- Knowledge transfer and ad-hoc training delivery
- Creation of analytical reports based on customer KPIs
- Interaction with various internal Veeva teams, including Product Support, Product Management, and Product Strategy, to ensure customer needs are well understood and the client is satisfied with the product
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g., CRM, ideally Salesforce)
- Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
Nice to Have
- Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
- Master Data Management
- Experience working in the Life-Sciences industry
