What will you be bringing to the team?
- Deployment of application of hotfixes/patches.
- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) resources administration(Azure-AWS).
- Update management of Windows Azure/AWS VMs.
- Upgrade/Migrate Microsoft Windows server instances to latest OS versions.
- Monitor performance of servers, anticipate issues, and propose solutions.
- Automated configuration management of on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Ansible/Terraform).
- Second tier incident management and apply mitigations or solutions.
- Modern authentication administration (ENTRA ID, OAUTH 2/OpenID/SAML).
- Windows Server administration (VMs, AD, ADFS, MIM, etc.).
- Investigation of root cause of incidents and proposal of permanent solutions.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
Mandatory experience in:
- Deployment and application of hotfixes/patches for servers and applications.
- Management of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) resources on Azure and AWS.
- Update management of Windows virtual machines (VMs) in Azure/AWS.
- Upgrading/migrating Microsoft Windows Server instances to the latest OS versions.
- Monitoring server performance, anticipating issues, and proposing solutions.
- Expertise in using tools like Ansible or Terraform for automating on-premises and cloud infrastructure configurations.
- Second-tier incident resolution, including applying mitigations and long-term solutions.
- Managing modern authentication systems such as ENTRA ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SAML.
- Managing Windows Server environments, including VMs, Active Directory (AD), ADFS, and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Investigating incidents and implementing permanent solutions.
- Minimum B2 Level Proficiency in English language
Advantageous experience in:
- Updating management of Linux virtual machines (VMs) in Azure/AWS.
- Managing and updating Ubuntu Linux servers.
- Managing web application firewalls.
- Administering load balancers and application gateways.
- Hardening of Windows and Linux servers.
