This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their training team due to organic growth.
Joining a dynamic team focusing on developing a clinical training strategy for Medica group that encompasses clinical systems training and on-site training for reporters, in house staff and front-line radiographers and sonographers, you will also be responsible for working with in house SMEs to ensure content and method of delivery of training remains current and best in class.
As the Clinical Training Manager, you will oversee and monitor the delivery of clinical applications and workflow training to reporters, ensuring high-quality training and stakeholder satisfaction. You will manage the training team, develop and maintain training materials, and create regular activity reports to track training effectiveness. Collaborating with clinical, medical, and operational teams, you will ensure that clinical reporting requirements are met and that software systems support new service lines. You will also lead the development and execution of the annual clinical training plan, incorporating various learning methods, including digital and blended learning. Additionally, you will drive innovation in training delivery, optimize scheduling and feedback processes, and work at a national level to enhance clinical education within the workforce. Maintaining personal training competencies, you will also provide hands-on support when required.
