Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be accountable for effective implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and oversight of recruitment, hiring, and selection processes for clinical positions across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Initiate and participate in targeted clinical talent acquisition activities to successfully meet department and organizational needs. 
  • Research, post, and maintain job postings; seeking to maximize and diversify exposure of open positions in the marketplace.
  • Provide guidance, training, mentoring, and assistance to hiring leaders on creating awareness around ChildServe being a great place to work.
  • Represent ChildServe at recruitment and awareness events. 
  • Partner with the Marketing team, hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition leaders to create recruiting plans that are creative, innovative and effective in recruiting clinical candidates. 
  • Analyze sourcing data from the Applicant Tracking System and adjust as appropriate to ensure best use of department and organizational resources. 
  • Ensure that wages, processes, and practices are consistent with applicable regulations and laws.
  • Partner with other Human Resource staff to ensure advice, guidance, and recommendations to employees about recruitment, selection, hiring, and wage determinations are fair and consistent.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field required or currently licensed as a clinician in the state of Iowa.
  • Minimum of three years of Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Minimum of two years of recruiting in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to travel independently in Iowa and surrounding states with limited frequency. 
  • Proven experience creating social media strategies to generate awareness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • This position will be subject to COVID-19 safety requirements.
