At MIM Software, our Clinical Sales Managers are trained in medical imaging as well as a variety of our products and their functions. You’ll be working in the sales team, interacting with new customers and walking through the sales process from start to finish, when customers are interested to learn more about our solutions, when attending trade shows, or when interacting with customers on site during evaluations and assessments. The Clinical Sales Manager works alongside just about every department at MIM.
What You’ll Do:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using best practices to existing and prospective customers
- Develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base and MIM product expertise in Radiation Oncology becoming subject matter expert
- Generate new customer interest in our solution to build and develop a lead pipeline to achieve your sales objectives
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships for your sites and our global MIM team
- Respond to customer leads to offer our software solutions and build relationships
- Responsible for accurately documenting and updating client information in our sales tracking system
- Provide demonstrations, software training, and new feature presentations to customers over the phone, online, and in person
- Partner with other teams to learn how each team plays a role in the sales or customer support process building an understanding of departmental processes, how MIM products are installed and used, and various customer roles
- Recognize and engage customer stakeholders at managed sites to drive the effective utilization of MIM Software products
- Collect and share observational and direct feedback about customer interactions with internal teams enhancing knowledge which improves our product and services
What You’ll Need:
- Have experience in medical imaging, radiation oncology or a similar medical field
- At least 2 years of experience in the medical industry with a focus on customer relations and executing sales objectives
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical skills to identify and assist with customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with our customers
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Fundamental understanding of computer technology of both hardware and software
- Knowledge or experience with Radiation treatment pathway is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
