Primary Function of Position
As a Clinical Integration Lead - Telecollaboration, you will shape our telecollaboration digital solutions for deep clinical adoption within hospital settings. With a focus on the entire product lifecycle, you will collaborate with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and Development teams to ensure our products seamlessly integrate into the perioperative workflow, delivering value to surgeons, OR teams, and hospital administrators.
Essential Job Duties
- Act as a clinical authority, guiding the integration of our technology in operating rooms and hospital processes with particular emphasis on telecollaboration solutions.
- Generate clinically relevant content and contribute to the development of surgical specialty roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering and Data Science teams that support customer adoption and integration.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies that align our digital product offerings with the company's long-term vision.
- Analyze the perioperative landscape to identify unmet needs and evaluate solutions, ensuring our products contribute to a cohesive customer ecosystem.
- Monitor and measure product success post-launch, using metrics such as adoption rates, utilization, and customer feedback to assess impact.
- Keep stakeholders informed on the progress of clinical integration strategies.
- Facilitate smooth product launches, ensuring timely global introductions and comprehensive training plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gather feedback and influence early product development.
- Mentor and lead product and technical teams through example and impactful leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum M.D. with at least 15+ years of experience in hospital settings and minimum 5+ years in medical device/digital product development.
- Strong affinity for clinical practice and innovation in digital healthcare with proven expertise in telecollaboration solutions.
- Proven track record of clinical leadership within major academic surgical societies.
- Knowledgeable in digital transformation within healthcare organizations.
- Skilled in product strategy, prioritization, and business modeling.
- Excellent ability to collaborate and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
- Experience in team leadership and development.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to align with departmental and corporate objectives.
- Willingness and ability to work within surgical labs and patient care areas.
- Availability to travel up to 30%, including international trips.
