As a Clinical Implementation Specialist you’ll be working as a project manager with new radiation oncology customers to plan, implement, and train their clinical users on our software. The Clinical Implementation Specialist role requires training in medical imaging as well as a variety of our products and their functions. You’ll be at the forefront of our highly valued customer support. It’s something our customers count on when they call our support line, attend a trade show, or interact with us one-on-one during site installations. What You'll Do:
- Function as a project manager, working closely with clinical teams (Physicians, Physicists, Dosimetrists, Hospital IT) to implement, train and perform post-implementation functions for new and established products
- Lead adoption of our software into our customer’s clinical workflow
- Develop customer and product insights based on in-hospital experience
- Provide consultation on, manage and support technology adoption with clinical stakeholders
- Inter-departmental collaboration on complex or large implementations
- Provide training to your team members and cross-functional teams within your product
- Attend technical conferences to provide demonstrations to prospective customer
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in medical imaging, project management, or technical support
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is preferred
- A Certified Medical Dosimetrist or radiation therapist is preferred
- Aptitude to develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base and learn on the job
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Clearance to work in the EU without further formalities is a prerequisite
- You must reside in Belgium or be willing to move to Belgium. Relocation won't be paid for.
