`About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to lead the development, standardization, and delivery of comprehensive training programs designed to empower both internal teams and customers with the knowledge and skills to excel. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of curriculum design, ensuring it is aligned with organizational goals and user needs while fostering a deep understanding of product features and their applications.

 

What You'll Do

  • Curriculum Ownership and Standardization: Develop, maintain, and standardize training materials and resources that effectively address the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs.
  • Webinar Development and Facilitation: Design and deliver engaging product feature webinars to educate users on new and existing functionalities, showcasing best practices and driving product adoption.
  • Persona-Based Training Paths: Create targeted training paths tailored to specific personas, addressing the unique goals, challenges, and workflows of different user roles.
  • Customer Training Ownership: Partner with customers to understand their specific training needs and deliver customized sessions that align with their objectives and use cases.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, customer success, and sales, to gather insights, refine training programs, and ensure alignment with company strategies.

 What You'll Bring

Background

  • Proven experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Experience creating customized training materials tailored to specific customer needs and use cases.
  • Familiarity with webinar tools, learning management systems, and training technologies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through education
  • 3+ years in a Technical Training or Learning and Development role
  • Experience using authoring tools such as MindTickle or WordPress
  • Familiarity with the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) and with the help of multimedia in training
