MANUAL delivers healthcare at scale through our comprehensive digital clinic. We aim to extend the healthy years of life for a significant portion of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond, focusing on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity, and hair loss.
Since its inception, MANUAL has steadily grown to serve over 500,000 patients across two geographies. We centralise diagnosis, custom medications, specialist doctor services, behavioural change support, and fully integrated management of the treatment journey under one consumer brand.
We're destigmatising how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics, holistic treatments, ongoing care, medical advice, and a supportive community. After securing $30 million in Series A funding, we're building one of the most impactful teams in healthcare.
The Clinical Advisor sits within MANUAL's clinical team and is responsible for synchronous patient communications through multiple channels, including live chat, messaging, phone consultations, and educational webinars. You'll provide patients with expert guidance, support, and education throughout their treatment journey.
MANUAL launched our weight loss offering at the start of 2024. We have quickly established ourselves as one of the UK's leading providers of GLP1s for weight loss and hair loss solutions for men.
