Clinical Account Manager - Site Development

You will be charged with understanding the current needs of our sites and helping them overcome challenges in their clinical workflow to evolve their use of our products. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results with a patient focus, developing deep & strategic account relationships, and executing strategic account plans.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate to build and nurture customer relationships, foster a cohesive customer experience, and identify and solve problems before they happen
  • Understand departmental processes, how MIM products are installed and used, and various customer roles within their department (ex: Radiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Urologists, etc.)
  • Develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base and MIM product expertise in Radiation Oncology becoming the subject matter expert on the team.
  • Develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base and MIM product expertise in Theranostics and Urology becoming the subject matter expert on the team.
  • Recognize and engage customer stakeholders at managed sites to drive the effective utilization of MIM Software products compelling customers to implement new processes and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Proactively communicate customer-related activity to other internal MIM teams (such as external IT, customer service, professional services, and captured in our CRM, etc.) to ensure the proper follow-up takes place in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
  • Report to direct management on current customer activities such as software upgrades, training, proactive customer interventions, and contract renewal 
  • Provide software training, basic technical support, and new feature presentations to customers over the phone, online, and in person
  • Collect on and perform renewals of our customer’s service contracts

What You'll Need:

  • Completion of a scientific degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in medical, bio-engineering, (bio)medical, paramedical, education, or radiotherapy/nuclear medicine-related fields OR at least 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology or nuclear medicine
  • Have experience in medical imaging, radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, or a similar medical field
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical skills to identify and assist with customer needs
  • Clearance to work in the EU without further formalities is required
  • Highly competent in a multitude of IT capabilities to support business needs including CRM
  • Proven ability to navigate hospital institutions
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
