As a leading provider of US mobile data services for large business and enterprise customers, DataXoom is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing help center requests, via tickets or the occasional inbound call, to support and maintain existing customer accounts.

Requirements
DataXoom believes in putting our customers first, tackling tough problems head-on, and simply trusting our employees to get stuff done. We offer full-time (8:30 - 5:30pm) OR part-time hours (10am-2pm) and a hybrid office schedule.
