Client Support Specialist (Data Manager)

En tant qu’agent opérationnel, rattaché à l’équipe Support, tu pourras être amené(e) à travailler sur un ou plusieurs sujet(s) en fonction des besoins opérationnels :

Insertion des nouvelles données : principale mission quotidienne. Catégoriser et associer les attributs aux campagnes publicitaires récupérées quotidiennement sur les sites web.

  • Traitement des images client : assurer la notation de visuels conformément à des règles communiquées par nos clients afin que ces derniers puissent voir si les images de leur produit sur les sites web correspondent à celles qu’ils souhaitent voir.
  • Maintenance : mise à jour/ correction de la donnée suite aux remontées client.

En résumé, ton rôle sera d’assurer :

  • L’insertion de la donnée.
  • La mise à jour de la base en cas de remontée client.
  • Profil « solutionneur » tu aimes les challenges
  • Tu es polyvalent(e), débrouillard(e) et autonome
  • Les chiffres ne te font pas peur
  • Bon niveau d’anglais, toute autre langue sera un atout majeur
  • Une expérience antérieure, même courte, dans le secteur alimentaire serait un plus
