The Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with both clients and contractors. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about customer service and committed to driving value for our partners. You will be responsible for managing client feedback, resolving issues, and increasing sales opportunities with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Proactively contact leads to introduce our GPO services, demonstrating the value and benefits to potential members. Manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Lead Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into active members. Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding customer needs and tailoring our offering solutions.
- Member Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new members to ensure a smooth transition into the GPO. Provide initial training and support to familiarize members with our offerings.
- Customer Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining regular contact.
- Member Feedback & Improvements: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement to ensure member retention.
- Reporting and Analytics: Regularly track and report on sales metrics, customer onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
- Daily Operations: Handle all daily tasks associated with your role, including customer interactions, data entry, and follow-ups. You are expected to use the CRM to track your activities and customer engagements effectively.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience required
- Proven experience in customer success or client management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and networks.
- Proficiency in analyzing feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
