About the Role:
We are searching for a hands-on Client Success Manager to join our Client Services team. This person will be responsible for all phases of the client life cycle including implementation, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management for our health insurance clients. This individual will understand the customer’s business objectives, the technical components of our solutions, and maintain accountability for a successful implementation and use of our health predictive analytics products.
