About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Success Manager to join our Commercial team, taking on responsibility for direct engagement with our medical device clients. As well as successfully delivering digital projects for those clients, your role will be to identify, nurture and deliver additional opportunities across their organisations, with the support of the wider sales team. 

 What You Will Do

  • You will manage defined customer accounts and projects working in collaboration with both product and sales teams, against targets for growing the value of relationships and annual revenues with clients
  • You will be responsible for growth within those accounts working within a sales team developing customer engagement and relationships - widening out FVRs impact within our customers’ organisations, building customer confidence, ensuring best in class experiences and through that opening up and maximizing opportunity for growth
  • You will engage with new and existing customers in person and virtually/remotely,  demonstrating proficiency utilizing online tools and media (including video calls and presentations)
  • You will demonstrate the technology, remotely (video calls etc) and face-to-face
  • You will help coordinate and structure written proposals working with the wider business 
  • Based in our central office you will be part of a young, energetic and high performing team of professionals

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Sales, project or account management, education/training experience, ideally within the medical device, life sciences or pharma industry 
  • You understand what it means to work in a small focused team with setting and achieving customer sales targets
  • You are someone who can pivot and adjust to make things happen
  • You like to do everything to a high standard but know when to be pragmatic
  • You are highly collaborative and enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment
  • You are driven, focused and results oriented
  • You are able to take strategic guidance and turn this into executional approaches
  • You are comfortable and competent at presenting and communicating
  • You do not hide problems, mistakes or failure
  • You are happy to work multiple time zones when needed

Essential Skills You Will Be Able To Demonstrate 

  • Experienced working with customers and projects -  building and managing relationships, evaluating and addressing customer needs and identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Demonstrations and events - you will have experience of meeting clients face to face and providing device, product or platform demonstrations
  • Proven communications skills – being able to communicate succinctly and effectively across varied communication mediums and platforms, both in person and remotely
  • CRM experience – you’ll be used to working with tools such as Salesforce, Pipedriver or Agile and able to quickly maximise your effectiveness with them
  • Organisational excellence – with a varied workload and multiple clients, you’ll need to be able to manage, prioritise and report
  • Attention to detail - managing complex solutions and being part of a wider virtual team for client projects will require solid focus
  • Working to targets – you’ll be able to demonstrate from past roles your ability to work to and exceed targets
  • Resilience – demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments, collaborating across business divisions and managing various internal and external customer relationships
  • Flexibility- You will need to be prepared to travel internationally to customers meetings and events, including the USA and Europe.
  • Familiarity with the medical device or pharma industry and its needs -  possibly having experience of working with Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical companies
  • Commitment to working in an office environment, with some flexibility over time.
