Client Success Manager

What You’ll Do

This isn’t your typical reactive account management or customer success role. It’s about empowering clients—small accounting firm owners and partners—to achieve their financial goals through proactive tax planning. If you’re not experienced with driving change in small businesses or don’t thrive on challenging conversations, this isn’t the job for you.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-impact work and love seeing 8 back-to-back calls on your calendar.
  • You challenge accounting firm owners and partners to become better versions of themselves—even when it’s uncomfortable.
  • You geek out over marketing and sales metrics and love solving problems with data-driven insights.
  • You’re excited by the responsibility of managing 60+ clients while delivering high-touch, meaningful results.
  • You bring high business acumen, partnering with clients to create specific goals and actionable plans tailored to their needs.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 3+ years of experience in client success or account management, ideally within a SaaS or executive coaching environment.
  • Data-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to derive insights and tailor solutions for client growth.
  • A results-driven mindset with a “whatever it takes” attitude for client success.
