The Client Success Consultant leverages a consultative approach and project management experience to ensure clients gain maximum value from Lightcast’s Professional Services. From project initiation to successful completion, the CSC manages expectations, offers strategic insights, and drives impactful outcomes. With a focus on identifying opportunities for project expansion, cross-sales, and repeat business, the CSC is essential to revenue retention and growth. Working closely with the Sales team, the CSC ensures a seamless transition from sale close to project kickoff, creating a smooth, value-driven client experience.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure all client communications and processes meet Lightcast’s high standards, working closely with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and proactive support.
- Coordinate solutions for client and internal challenges, collaborating across teams as needed.
- Manage client expectations, addressing project challenges, delays, or adjustments effectively.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve internal obstacles and streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities for project expansion, focusing on long-term value.
- Engage with current and past clients to uncover future opportunities and foster repeat business.
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role focused on customer growth, success, and issue resolution.
- Background in Consulting or Professional ServicesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining high standards for client success
- Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful insights
- Familiarity with major HR software and vendors, especially HCMs like Workday, SAP, and Oracle
