Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager for the Dutch team who will help us grow our CMI (Consumer & Marketing Insights) business.

As a CMI Account Manager, You will have a dynamic role working on account and business development. You will have your own set of clients and branches to work with, which would be specifically Tech and Durables. You will work on this independently as well as in close collaboration with three (3) other account managers and the broader CMI Solutions and OPS teams, who take care of project delivery with you. You will be responsible for your own clients and will report to the CMI Lead NL.

You will...

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities for Customer Intelligence and Marketing Effectiveness activities
  • Create of proposals for our clients, pitch for our agency/ team/best in class solutions
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to drive revenue growth from existing accounts & manage renewals.
  • Research market trends, analyze customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities (industries/accounts)
  • Expand the company's market presence, establish new client relationships and generate new revenue streams.

You have...

  • Passion for data driven marketing in the broadest sense of the word, preferably a bachelors or master degree in a relevant domain
  • Ability to speak and write in Dutch and English fluently is a must (as you will be working with both Dutch and English clients)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in or with quantitative market research; you know and understand the type of solutions we create and ‘how it’s done’
  • Ability to connect and ask all the right questions, proven sales capabilities
  • Enthusiasm and drive to make things happen, focus on results and to continuously raise the bar
