As a part-time Client Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various administrative tasks related to client management, data entry, and general office operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment within the restaurant industry.

The role will start at part-time capacity 20-30 hours/week, with potential to transition to full-time. Flexible scheduling options.

How you'll add value:

  • Assist with managing client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to client questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up as needed
  • Input and update client information, training materials, and other data in our internal systems
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly reviewing and verifying information
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars for team members
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as requested
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and copying
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
  • Interest in the restaurant industry and/or learning management systems is desirable
