Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Client Service, this position is responsible for providing exceptional client service while collaborating with team members in all departments to ensure a seamless client experience. This role requires a proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world class customer service by promptly handling and resolving client queries
- Thoroughly and accurately enter client data into the platform while ensuring existing accounts are kept up to date
- Research industry developments and update the database accordingly
- Troubleshoot various client related issues
- Work proactively to anticipate and address client needs.
- Collaborate with team members in all departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Other projects and duties as assigned
