Client Service Representative

Summary: 

Reporting to the Director, Client Service, this position is responsible for providing exceptional client service while collaborating with team members in all departments to ensure a seamless client experience. This role requires a proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide world class customer service by promptly handling and resolving client queries 
  • Thoroughly and accurately enter client data into the platform while ensuring existing accounts are kept up to date 
  • Research industry developments and update the database accordingly 
  • Troubleshoot various client related issues 
  • Work proactively to anticipate and address client needs. 
  • Collaborate with team members in all departments to ensure a seamless client experience. 
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Hire-In Requirements: 

  • Data entry experience 
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar position/environment
